How does the FlexMatch solution work? (top) If you are a client looking for specialized vendor or have existing relationship with a vendor simply:
- Create a free membership in FlexMatch. After completing our brief membership form, you will be given a user name and password for access to an exceptional tool that simplifies the process of selecting and managing vendors.
- If the staffing vendor of your choice is not already registered in FlexMatch. You will be able to invite them to participate in FlexMatch. There are 2 ways to invite your vendor, 1) enter their email address into FlexMatch and click the invite button. FlexMatch will take it from there. 2) Call the vendor and ask that they visit www.rohisoft.com to register and create an account. Your vendor will be guided through easy registration and account setup. Once your vendor has done so, you will be able to select and add the vendor to your preferred list of vendors and begin placing orders directly to the vendor in FlexMatch which will allow your vendors to respond to your orders quickly.
- If your vendor already has an account in FlexMatch, select the vendor by adding it into your preferred vendor list to begin placing others in a streamlined manner. You can also use FlexMatch as a scheduling tool to manage your own employee job and shift schedules. Using FlexMatch as a scheduling tool of choice will allow you to take advantage of its Shift Capacity Planning feature (SCP) which will let you keep track and plan ahead for any future staffing gaps/needs that may arise. For each employee profile you created, the system will generate a user name and password which you can pass along to your employees to be used for accessing FlexMatch.

For a vendor, FlexMatch has a unique search system that allows potential new clients to search through its database for vendors that are located near the client and offer services the client is interested in. Once clients locate a vendor of their choice, they can send an invitation request through FlexMatch to the vendor. This invitation alerts the vendor to add the new client to its profile and begin taking orders online from the client.
What is the Billing Cycle? (top)
Rohisoft bills business organizations (clients) once a month using their credit card billing account information that was created during registration and account setup. You credit card will be processed for billing each month on the day corresponding to your registration and account setup.
